Client Policy & Service Agreement

Joyful Capital Advisory

By enrolling in and/or continuing services with Joyful Capital Advisory, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Billing Policy

Payments are due on the 1st of each month with a grace period through the 15th.

Payments received after the 15th are considered late and subject to a $25 late fee.

Accounts that are not paid may be paused until the balance is brought current.

If your account remains inactive for 30 days or more, a $75 reactivation fee will apply, and you will be required to re-enroll under the current service plan and pricing at the time of reactivation.

2. Credit Monitoring Requirement

An active credit monitoring account is required at all times.

If your monitoring account becomes inactive, we will be unable to access your credit report, provide updates, or continue work, which may delay your results.

3. Update Schedule & Results Disclaimer

Credit updates are provided approximately every 30 days after disputes are submitted.

Please note that results are not immediate and most clients see progress within 3–6 months, though some profiles may take longer depending on complexity.

Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on each individual's credit profile, reporting accuracy, creditor responses, and overall credit behavior during the program.

4. Program Duration

Clients enrolled in a monthly payment plan understand that services may continue for several months based on progress.

If your account becomes stagnant and you have remained in good standing, additional support may be offered at the company's discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

  • Avoid applying for new credit during the program
  • Maintain on-time payments on all current accounts
  • Follow all credit-building recommendations provided

Failure to follow these guidelines may impact your results.

6. Communication Policy

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: Appointment Only
  • Sunday: Closed

Please allow 24–48 hours for responses. Messages sent outside of business hours will be returned the next business day.

7. Credit Monitoring Payment Responsibility

If Joyful Capital Advisory has previously covered your credit monitoring service, you agree to transition to your own payment method to maintain uninterrupted access and service.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above, including that results are not guaranteed.
